Summary
In this PR, we refactor the "health" field of the Dataset entity to return a list of statuses, instead of a single list. This is a BREAKING change to the dataset GraphQL API, and as such is announced. The "health" field has been explicitly marked as Experimental precisely for this reason - it is subject to change in backward incompatible ways (the only known consumer is the UI).
Why do this?
This change sets us up for a future where multiple Health Status flags are presented for each asset (think assertions, tests, operations, and more)
